A visually stunning shot of a cave, where you've made excellent use of the reflection to add additional depth and interest. The panoramic feel to this picture gives a sense of the density of the rock formations present, and thus gives a very effect impression of the scale of these caves. I think the fact that you've kept the shot so big lends interest (though I'd equally have loved to have seen some close-ups or even macros on the stalagmites and stalactites), and the sharpness you've achieved makes it even better.

The contrast between the dominant cool blue colour and the reddish, earthy toned highlights deftly draws attention to those areas, effectively leading the eye around the picture. The shadows here could almost be said to give the image a 3D quality. The water is so clam, so still as to act as a perfect mirror - not a ripple in sight - and thus at first it could even be considered that you might have just stitched a flipped image onto the original. The darkness in the reflection, however, belies this initial impression, and all for the better; it lends the cave a sense of being cramped, makes the ceiling appear closer and the deeper hues in the water are a gloomier counterpart to the illuminated portion above.

Really, the only thing I could comment on here that could have been changed (though I doubt by you yourself, unless you shot from a different position entirely) is that the middle section of formations are fully shadowed, and a highlight or two would have helped them not blend too much into the background.

Overall, a very interesting shot that captures the wonders of the worlds beneath our feet.
